National Civil Defence Cadet Corps  

The National Civil Defence Cadet Corps (NCDCC) is a National Uniformed Group under the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Home Affairs, working closely with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). NCDCC is committed to nurturing and empowering youths to become proactive and responsible citizens equipped with essential life-saving and emergency preparedness skills, including first aid, rescue techniques, and fire safety. 

As young ambassadors of Civil Defence, cadets are given meaningful opportunities to promote emergency preparedness and share their knowledge and skills with the wider community through various outreach initiatives.
