Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singapore Citizen students in Government or Government-aided schools so that all Singaporeans, regardless of their financial background, can benefit from the best opportunities in education. How to Apply
You are strongly encouraged to apply for MOE FAS via the online e-FAS application which is also available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) via Singpass login.
