Requirements
Stallholder(s) and assistant(s) who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, aged 21 years old and above.
Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices in consultation with the school.
Food must be served hot.
Able to maintain a high standard of food safety, personal hygiene and cleanliness that meet Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements.
Both applicant and stall assistant/s must possess the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Successful applicant will need to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
Able to comply with the latest Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP) guidelines. For more details, please refer HPB’s website @ HMSP (opens in new tab)
Must be able to operate till 6:30 am to 4:00 during school terms
Stallholder may be required to operate on other days / time as required by the School.
Applicant must be in personal attendance at the stall during operating hours.
Financial position (if applicable) of the applicants will be given due consideration upon meeting all of the above criteria.
Applicants with catering experience or experience operating in a school environment are preferred.
Halal certified will be preferred but not mandatory.
The above proposed menu list is negotiable and is subject to change by Greenridge Secondary School.

Photocopy of Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Certificate of Participation for Culinary Training Workshop for HMSP by HPB (if any)
The completed application form with the required documents must be submitted to the school General Office by closing date either by hand or post.

Only shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview and food-tasting session where applicable at his/her own expense.
